1.When the pressure resistance of the fiber fabric air duct is 2000Pa, the appearance of the finished product is normal, without cracks or damage. The pressure resistance capacity of air ducts is related to the air volume of the system. Generally, there is no problem in using them for a long time with a pressure resistance of 3000Pa. Compared with traditional air ducts, bag-type air ducts are the most pressure-resistant type of air ducts on the market. Fiber fabric air ducts operate by static pressure. When the static pressure is above 70Pa, the air ducts can supply full air. 2. The factors influencing pressure in fabric air ducts include static pressure at the inlet, dynamic pressure and pressure loss. Dynamic pressure in fiber fabric air ducts is converted into static pressure along the length direction, also known as static pressure recovery. The average static pressure inside the pipe can be regarded as composed of the inlet static pressure, the combined static pressure and the pressure loss. 3. The inlet static pressure is generally provided by the fan. If the fan is not directly connected to the fiber fabric air duct, the inlet static pressure is the static pressure of the direct connection part of the fiber fabric air duct. If the fan is directly connected to the bag air duct, the static pressure at the inlet is the static pressure of the fan. Generally speaking, the static pressure at the inlet should be above 125Pa and not exceed 700Pa. 4.
